Where are you located?
Our address is 4377 N Kings Hwy, Suite 209, Myrtle Beach SC 29579. We are located on the second floor of the Shoppes at Magnolia Row near 44 & King.
Where should I park?
The Studio is located on the second floor of the Magnolia Row offices. You can park in the front or back of the building, but we recommend the back as there is usually more parking available.
How do I get in the studio?
You will be provided with a code on the day of your session. We also have an ‘entry how to’ video on our Instagram highlights - go check it out!
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are nonrefundable but may be rescheduled free of charge.
There is someone still in the studio and my time is next what should I do?
It’s very common for creatives to be zoned into their work and will lose track of time. You can simply enter the room and politely let the user know you are here for your designated time. Always use your best judgement and if you are shy just send us a text!
Can I bring my own props?
Absolutely! We have a service elevator that makes bringing your own creative items a breeze to bring to the Studio!
Are any items prohibited?
Yes, thanks for asking! We do not allow the following to be used at the studio; Sand, Glitter, Candles, Command strips, and this goes without saying but no fireworks, firearms, alcohol, smoking or drugs!
Why do you have cameras in the Studio?
There are security cameras mounted in the studio for safety and accountability purposes. Only the Studio owners have access to this footage and no cameras are in the changing / storage room area.
Do you provide any equipment?

What amenities are included with my session?
The Social House Studio provides a top notch experience with a private restroom, changing area, beauty station, WiFi and a pantry area with complimentary drinks + snacks!
Can I come early to set up?
We often have guests booked before & after your allotted time so we cannot offer early arrival. We ask that you make sure to remain aware of other guests and leave enough time at the end of your reservation to clean up. Feel free to book an extra hour to allow more time for setup, breakdown, and any unexpected delays. It is worth the peace of mind!
What is your rental & cleaning policy?
You are responsible for following the rental contract rules. If the door if left unlocked when you depart, if you exceed your rental time, go over the occupancy limit (12 people) or leave the studio in poor condition you will be charged a fee. For clean-up, please make sure the studio looks like it did when you arrived and take out what you bring in, including any trash, props, beverages etc.
Does the Studio have AC?
Yes! We do our best to keep the studio at a comfortable temperature year round. The units are most efficient when they’re set to the same temperature so we discourage renters from changing it.
When is the best light?
The Studio offers large west facing windows that cast golden, directional light during the afternoon and early evening hours.
Are children allowed?
Kids are allowed with parental supervision only. We do not have a designated place for children to play, so keep an eye on those little cuties!
Do you allow Pop ups & Events?
Yes! Any moment that needs photographing! The space is perfect for baby showers, bridal showers, engagement parties, classes, or whatever you can dream up! We would love to have you set up shop in our space! We offer 1, 2, 4 &8 hour time blocks. If your guest list is larger than 12, please contact us prior to booking.
Does my session include your backdrops & props?
Backdrops & props are included with your studio rental. These items must be left in the same condition they were found. Rental time must account for any set up/break down you plan to do during your studio use.
Can we move furniture?
All furniture, props, and walls can be moved to suit your needs! The props in each studio must stay in the studio and put back when once you have completed your session. When moving furniture please use the furniture sliders so that they do not drag and scratch the floor.
Can I play music during my session?
Of course! You can set the vibe by connecting to our WiFi and Bluetooth speaker. We have instructions on the wall near the pantry area. We also have a special Studio Spotify Playlist!
Do you provide a photographer?
We do not provide photographers, you would need to find one that would suit your needs. We do have a list of professionals that we LOVE and would be happy to send you any referrals!

Do you offer memberships?
Yes! We offer exclusive memberships to The Social House Studio. Part of our purpose is provide value to the professional community where your business thrives. Memberships give you an opportunity to network, collaborate and level up your content all while providing your clients an elevated experience.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are allowed but must be approved prior to your rental. PETS MUST BE ON LEASH AT ALL TIMES AND CLEANED UP AFTER. THERE WILL BE A FINE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCURRED.
